复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组55例阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组55例复方丹参滴丸,270mg/次,3次/d。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效24例,有效26例,无效3例,总有效率94.55%。对照组显效17例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率67.27%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。
