中医护理联合常规护理高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医护理联合常规护理高血压疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按就诊先后顺序分为两组。对照组45例常规护理,1合理安排生活;2定期测量血压;3提高社会适应力;4合理饮食;5保持大便通畅。护理组45例中医护理,1耳穴贴压,王不留行籽贴压在患者双耳降压沟处,并双手半握拳,食指在耳前,拇指按于耳后降压处,从上到下进行摩擦,连续进行16次,3次/d;选取太冲、三阴交、合谷、曲池、内关等穴位进行按摩,每个穴位按摩3~5min,2次/d;肝火亢盛,将白菊花2000g晒干装入到枕芯中;阴阳两虚,将桑叶、干地黄、巴戟天各500g,丹皮200g晒干后碾成粗末并装入到枕芯;2适当运动及按摩;常规护理同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测护理效果、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床护理效果两组均有改善(P0.05),护理组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中医护理联合常规护理高血压疗效显著,值得推广。

Observing the effect of clinical care, adverse reactions. 2 treatment continuum of care, to determine efficacy. Conclusion ] Joint routine nursing care medicine hypertensive effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
