针刺联合艾灸治疗原发性痛经随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针刺联合艾灸治疗原发性痛经疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例针刺:归来、关元、地机、肾俞、三阴交及次髎,28号毫针皮下穿刺进针,深度为1.5寸左右;腹背部穴位往下刺;四肢穴往上刺;平补平泻,动作轻柔且快速准确,以可承受为主;留针20min,1次/d,每隔5min行针1次。治疗组34例艾灸:神厥、气海、足三里、关元、中脘、三阴交,其中神厥40min,其他穴位2min,1次/d;针刺治疗同对照组。连续治疗月经前5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、坠胀、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效9例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%。对照组痊愈7例,显效11例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率73.53%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针刺联合艾灸治疗原发性痛经效果显著,值得推广。

Results]The treatment group cure of 17 cases, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 94.12%. Control group recovered in 7 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 73.53%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Joint acupuncture moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
