糖肾通宝饮治疗糖尿病肾病

糖尿病肾病是消渴病日久,缠绵不愈,脾气亏虚,肾气受损,故水液代谢失常,可致痰浊等久留不去,泛溢肌肤而为水肿,流于脏腑则可见呕恶、食少等相关脏腑病证;中医药治疗强调未病先防、既病防变,早期以健脾补肾、益气养阴为主,临床期及晚期注重温补肾阳,同时兼顾活血化瘀、化痰降浊;使用糖肾通宝饮,补虚泻实,改善肾脏血流量,消除或减少蛋白量,减轻视网膜水肿与渗出。

Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with TANGSHEN TONGBAO Decotion

Diabetic nephropathy is a complication of diabetes. Diabetes does not recover for a long time, and then spleen qi deficiency and kidney injury lead to the water metabolism disorders. When phlegm stays long in the skin the edema occurs, but in the viscera vomit and anorexia are visible. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy emphasizes prevention of disease and disease progress. In the early stage it mainly strengthens the spleen and kidney, replenishes qi and nourishes yin. In clinical and late stage it emphasizes on tonifying Kidney Yang, meanwhile, resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation. We use Tangshen Tongbao decoction to reinforce insufficiency and reduce excessiveness, and improve renal blood flow in order to reduce or eliminate the amount of protein. At the same time, retinal edema and exudation is reduced.
