半夏厚朴汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗女性痰瘀互结型黄褐斑随机平行对照研究

目的]观察半夏厚朴汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗女性痰瘀互结型黄褐斑疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组。对照组60例维生素C+维生素E。治疗组60例半夏厚朴汤合血府逐瘀汤(柴胡5g,郁金、香附各l0g,生地黄25g,制半夏、川芎、厚朴、积壳各l0g,陈皮15g,当归15g,丹参、茯苓、三七、桃仁各10g,红花5g,白僵蚕15g,生姜、炙甘草各5g;伴乳腺增生加穿山甲、王不流行籽各15g,路路通10g;伴子宫肌瘤加三棱15g,莪术10g,全瓜蒌10g;伴颈肩部疼痛加姜黄20g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,3次/d。连续治疗个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,无效4例,总有效率93.30%。对照组痊愈18例,显效28例,无效14例,总有效率76.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]半夏厚朴汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗女性痰瘀互结型黄褐斑,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Banxiahoupu Soup Together Xuefuzhuyu Treated Phlegm Randomized Parallel Group Study Junction Melasma

Objective ] Observe the curative effect of treating phlegm accumulating with blood stasis chloasma by the banxia houpu decoction combined with Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis. Method ] Randomized parallel method was used as comparision. 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups Numbered According to visiting sequence . 60 patients as Comparision group were treated by VC and VE. 60 patients as treated group were treated by the banxia houpu decoction combined with Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis. （ 5g bupleurum , 10g Curcuma longa, 10g Cyperus Tuber, 25g Radix Rehmanniae, 10g pinelliae tuber , rhizomaligusticichuanxiong, Magnolia officinalis, bitter orange, 15g Tangerine Peel, Angelica sinensis, lOg Salvia, Poria cocos, Panax Notoginseng, peach kernel, 5g Safflower, 15g white muscardine silkworm, 5g ginger, Baked Licorice; patients with hyperplasia of Mammary Glands were treated by decoction added with 15g pangolin, seed of cowheb, lOg Lu Lu Tong; patients with hysteromyoma were treated by decoction added with 15g Sangleng, 10g zedoary turmeric, 10g Fructus Trichosanthis;patients with hyperplasia of Mammary Glands were treated by decoction added with 20g curcuma longa ） the taking method was decoction for 200ml , three times a day , 1 dose everyday, continuous therapy for 1 month as a course . to observe clinical symptoms and Adverse Reaction. Result ] In treated group, 30 cases （ 93.30% ） got effectiveness among whom 26 cases were cured, 4 cases are ineffective. In Comparision group, 28 cases （ 76.60% ） got effectiveness among whom 18 cases were cured, 14 cases are ineffective. Treated group is better than Comparision group （P~0.05） . Conclusion ] treating phlegm accumulating with blood stasis chloasma by the banxia houpu decoction combined with Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis has satisfactory effect, no side effect and deserve to be introduced.
