保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组40例黄体酮,0.1g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组40例保胎灵胶囊,0.1g/次,3次/d,口服;黄体酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、黄体期、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效10例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组痊愈9例,显效11例,有效8例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产效果显著,值得推广。

[ Results ] The treatment group cured 12 cases, effective in 10 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 92.50%. The control group cured 9 cases, effective in 11 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 12 cases, the total efficiency of 70%. The treatment group was better than control group （P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Baotailing capsule combined with progesterone significantly in treatment of threatened abortion effect, worthy of promotion.
