桂枝茯苓丸合艾附暖宫丸治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察桂枝茯苓丸合艾附暖宫丸治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将75例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例桂枝茯苓丸(桂枝、茯苓、牡丹皮、桃仁、白芍各15g),水煎150m L,1剂/d,早晚温服。治疗组35例桂枝茯苓丸合艾附暖宫丸(桂枝15g,茯苓20g,牡丹皮、赤芍各15g,桃仁、艾叶各10g,香附20g,吴茱萸9g,肉桂5g,当归20g,川芎15g,白芍20g,地黄15g,黄芪30g,续断15g),水煎150m L,1剂/d,早晚温服;湿气偏重加苍术20g,茯苓为30g;血瘀偏重加三棱15g,牛膝10g;手足不温或冷汗淋漓加附子6g;肝郁气滞加佛手、柴胡各10g;乳腺增生加夏枯草30g;湿热瘀结加败酱草25g,薏苡仁30g,土茯苓15g。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、子宫附件、盆腔积液、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%。对照组显效8例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]桂枝茯苓丸合艾附暖宫丸治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Guizhi Fuling Pill and Aifu Nuangong Pill on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Complicated with Pelvic Effusion Random Parallel Controlled Study

[ Objective ] To observe the Guizhi Fuling Pill and Aifu Nuangong Pill on curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic effusion. [ Method ] Using random parallel control method, 75 cases according to the visiting sequence number of simple outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 30 cases of Guizhi Fuling pill （Ramulus Cinnamomi, Poria, Cortex Moutan, peach kernel, root of herbaceous peony each 15g）, Decoction 150mL, 1 doses of /d, morning and evening clothes. The treatment group of 35 cases of Guizhi Fuling Pill and Aifu Nuangong Pill （cassia twig 15g, Poria 20g, Cortex Moutan, TPG 15g, peach kernel, mugwort leaf 10g, Cyperus 20g, Wu Zhuyu 9g, cinnamon 5g, 20g of angelica, Chuanxiong 15g, 20g of white peony root, Rehmannia glutinosa 15g, astragalus root 30g, 15g, 150mL of Radix dipsaci） Decoction 1 agent, /d, sooner or later the clothes; moisture stress plus Cangshu 20g, Poria 30g; Blood Stasis on addition of Sparganium 15g, Achyranthes 10g; brothers not warm or cold sweat and aconite 6G; Liver Qi Stagnation with bergamot, buplenrum root each 10g; breast hyperplasia and Prunella 30g; damp heat stasis plus Herba patriniae 25g, coix seed 30g, soil Poria cocos 15g. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms Uterine attachments, pelvic effusion and adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 3 courses of treatment, curative effect. 19 cases of the treatment group produce. [ Results ] The treatment group, 12 cases improved, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 88.57%. The control group of 8 cases markedly effective, 14 cases improved, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Guizhi Fuling Pill and Aifu Nuangong Pill on curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic effusion is significant, no serious adverse reaction, worthy of promotion.
