麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明治疗血栓性痔随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明治疗血栓性痔疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抛硬币法分为两组。对照组50例地奥司明,0.9g/次,初始1次/d,5d后2次/d。治疗组50例麝香痔疮膏,2次/d,部分挤入肛内,部分外涂;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肛旁肿物面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效15例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈11例,显效13例,有效11例,无效15例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明治疗血栓性痔效果显著,值得推广。

Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment Combined with Diosmin Treatment of Thrombosed Hemorrhoids Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[ Objective ] To observe the Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment Combined with Diosmin treatment of thrombotic hemorrhoids. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 100 patients by tossing a coin into two groups. A control group of 50 cases of diosmin, initial 0.9g/, 1/d, 2/d after 5D, oral. The treatment group of 50 cases of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment, 2 times/d, part into the anus, a portion of the outer coating; Diosmin treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 20 cases, effective in 15 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 90%. The control group cured 11 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 15 cases, the total efficiency of 70%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment Combined with diosmin in the treatment of thrombosed hemorrhoids effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
