正鑫一消贴+疼痛定向透疗仪联合三阶梯方案缓解癌性疼痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察正鑫一消贴+疼痛定向透疗仪联合三阶梯方案缓解癌性疼痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组60例三阶梯治疗:轻度疼痛给与布洛芬胶囊,0.3g/次,1次/6h,口服。中度疼痛给与氨酚曲马多片,37.5mg/次,3次/d,口服。重度疼痛给与盐酸吗啡缓释片,30mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组60例在病灶区、穴位及疼痛点贴敷正鑫一消贴,2贴/d,1贴/12h,贴敷后针对该穴(区)直接予疼痛定向透疗仪照射,20min/次。每4d用数字分级法自测疼痛强度及药物副作用。两组均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛程度分级、疼痛缓解度、生活质量评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果:镇痛效果治疗组Ⅰ度3例,Ⅱ度5例,Ⅲ度20例,Ⅳ度20例,Ⅴ度12例,缓解率86.60%。对照组Ⅰ度5例,Ⅱ度20例,Ⅲ度15例,Ⅳ度15例,Ⅴ度5例,缓解率58.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。生活质量评分治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:正鑫一消贴+疼痛定向透疗仪联合三阶梯方案缓解癌性疼痛效果显著,值得推广。

Each 4d by digital grading self testing pain intensity and drug side effects. The two groups were continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, pain degree, degree of pain relief, quality of life score, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect.Results]The analgesic effect of treatment group 3 cases of type I, 5 cases of type II, III degree in 20 cases, 20 cases of grade IV, V degree in 12 cases, remission rate was 86.60%. The control group 5 cases of type I, 20 cases of type II, III degree in 15 cases, 15 cases of grade IV, V degree in 5 cases, remission rate was 58.30%. The treatment group was better than control group（P 〈 0.01）. Quality of life score in treatment group than in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion]Zhengxin an paste ＋ pain directed through treatment instrument combined with three step plan to relieve cancer pain effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
