泻火解毒方治疗消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

目的]观察泻火解毒方治疗消化性溃疡疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组26例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,0.5g/次,1次/d;甲硝唑,0.4g/次,3次/d。治疗组26例泻火解毒方(川楝子10g,瓦楞子15g,黄芪30g,太子参、厚朴各20g,白芍15g,元胡12g,白及10g,三七粉2g,川贝母、黄芩各12g,丹参20g,白术、苍术各15g,海螵蛸10g、黄连6g;暖气频作,情志不疏,两胁胀满可加木香、香附、枳壳、青皮;伴大便干燥、胃脘隐痛、纳少口干以及手足心热等可加沙参、麦冬;伴有喜温喜按、神疲乏力以及胃脘部隐痛等可加炮姜、茱萸;伴有舌红苔黄、胃脘胀痛、灼热感以及口干易怒等可加滑石、苍术、茯苓;瘀血可加赤芍、桃仁、郁金、红花),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、复发率。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月,观测HP根除率、复发率。结果]治疗组显效18例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%。对照组显效16例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率69.23%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]泻火解毒方治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,值得推广。
