桃红四物汤与针刺联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察桃红四物汤与针刺联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例常规治疗,降血糖药或胰岛素、合理饮食等。治疗组35例桃红四物汤(当归20g,熟地、川芎各15g,赤芍、桃仁、红花各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚空腹口服;针刺:取三阴交、肾俞、足三里、膈俞穴斜刺1寸,使针感在局部或深部传导扩散;取四肢穴直刺1~1.5寸,使针感向四肢末端传导;以上穴位针刺强度要基于患者的忍受限度,针刺后留针30min;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、餐后2h血糖、血黏度、糖化血红蛋白、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率85.71%。对照组显效9例,有效10例,无效16例,总有效率54.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]桃红四物汤、针刺联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,值得推广。

Control group of 35 cases with conventional treatment, reasonable arrangement of the diet, monitoring blood sugar blood fat, blood pressure fall blood sugar drugs or insulin, etc. Peach siwu decoction treatment group 35 cases （Danggui20g, Shudi, Chuanqiong each 15 g, Baishao,Taoren,Honghua10 g）, 1/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening on an empty stomach oral; Acupuncture： take three vaginal intercourse, shen shu, foot three mile, 1 inch, ke shu hole oblique thorn needle feeling deep in the local or conduction diffusion; Take limbs acupuncture point stab 1-1.5 inches, the needle to the limb, conduction; Above point acupuncture strength based on the patient＇s tolerance, needle retaining needle after 30 rain; Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 14 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 5 cases failed, the total effective rate was 85.71%. 10 cases of control group 9 cases were markedly effective, effective, invalid 16 cases, total effective rate was 54.29%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Taohong siwu decoction combination of acupuncture and western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
