| 摘 要： | 邓小平理论的时代观，始于战争和平观念的转变，成于时代基本特征的高度概括，终于和平与发展两大问题总体对策——建设中国特色社会主义的确立。因此，邓小平理论的时代观是马列主义时代观的新阶段，与时俱进是邓小平理论时代观发展的历史必然性。

| Abstract: | The conception of the times of Deng Xiaoping Theory began with the change of his view on war and peace, becomes universally accepted when the basic features of the times were best summarized, and ended in the establishment of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, that of the overall strategies for peace and development. Therefore, the conception of the times of Deng Xiaoping Theory is the new stage of the Marxist-Leninist conception of the times, and, to keep up with the times is the historical necessity of the development of the conception of the times of Deng Xiaoping Theory. |
