新疆喀什地区农村改水与人群肠道传染病关系的研究

摘    要:评价新疆喀什地区农村改水对肠道传染病发病的影响效果。「方法」用前瞻性和回顾性调查研究方法。对饮用改水人群6545人和饮用未改水人群6266人的肠道传染病发病率进行了调查。「结果」改水人群介水传播肠道传染病的发病率低于未改水人群。

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the effects of improved drinking water supply on the incidences of intestinal infectious diseases in Kashi district of Xinjiang autonomous region [Methods]The incidence rates of intestinal infectious diseases were investigated among 6 545 people drinking improved drinking water and 6 266 people drinking un improved drinking water with prospective cohort study and retrospective study [Results]The incidence rates of waterborne intestinal infectious diseases in population drinking improved drinking water were lower than those drinking un improved drinking water ( P<0 05 ) The incidence rates of diarrhea,dysentery,hepatitis and typhoid reduced 46 65%,40 22%,41 66% and 59 46% respectively [Conclusion]The improvement of drinking water supply effectively resulted in the improvement of sanitary quality of drinking water and the decrease of the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases in rural areas of Kashi district
