| 摘 要： | 伴发一过性腹痛、腹水的神经血管性水肿由于临床表现的非特异性和多样性，给临床诊断带来极大困难。本文报道1例并复习相关文献，希望对临床医生在实际工作中鉴别本病有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Associated with transient abdominal pain and ascites, clinical manifestations of nerve angioedema are non-specificity and diversity, which creates great difficulties for clinical diagnosis. A case is reported and the relevance documents are reviewed in this paper. We hope it will be helpful for clinicians to identify the diseases. |
