摘    要:目的 探讨不同类型大隐静脉曲张经射频闭合术后,二维及彩色血流显像对其的呈像特点及随访价值.方法 68例大隐静脉曲张行射频闭合术的患者(共90支血管),于术前1周,术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月行超声检查,观察其二维图像及彩色血流信号随时间的演变规律.结果 术后6~12个月73%~81%的大隐静脉成闭锁或血栓样物质形成,术后3个月 93%大隐静脉几乎无血流显示,术后12个月后又有4.4%再通.结论 超声检查在大隐静脉曲张射频闭合术后的随访中有重要的价值.

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics of 2D and color Doppler imaging after varicose great saphenous vein radiofrequency. Methods Ninety limbs in 68 patients with great sapheous vein radiofrequency closure treatment were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography one week before the treatment, and one week, one month, three months, six months, and twelve months after the treatment. Their evolution rule of two - dimensional imaging and blood signals were observed. Results Closure and thrombosis were formed in 73% N 82% of great saphenous veins after 6 ~ 12 months, and 93% of great saphenous vein had little blood flow after 3 months, and recanalization rate was 4, 4% after 12 months. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has significant value in follow up of great saphenous vein after closure radiofrequency treatment.
