| 摘 要： | 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡与血清HBV DNA定量的关系。分别采用流式细胞计数仪和荧光定量PCR法检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率与血清HBV DNA。慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率明显高于正常对照组，且与血清HBV DNA水平呈正相关。慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡水平异常可能与HBV的持续感染与复制相关联。

| Abstract: | To investigate the realition of apoptosis of lymphocytes and serum HBVDNA in chronic hepatitis B. The apoptosis of peripheral lymphocytes extracted from chronic hepatitis B patients were analyzed by flow cytometer. Serum HBVDNA was detected by quantitatively PCR. Compared with the control, the percentage of apoptosis cells was significantly higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B. There was positive relationship between the percentage of apoptosis cells and serum HBV DNA loal. Apoptosis of lymphocytes may be related with the persistence of hepatitis B virus infection and the viral replication in patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
