54例门诊睡眠障碍患者SCL-90评定结果分析

目的　了解门诊睡眠障碍患者的心理状况。方法　采用 SCL-90对本院 5 4名门诊睡眠障碍患者进行评定。结果　在睡眠障碍中 ,除偏执因子之外 ,其它因子均高于国内常模 ,且躯体化、忧郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖性及精神病性等因子分 ,有非常显著地差异 ;在性别之间 ,除人际关系因子之外 ,有差异 ,其它各项因子均无差异。结论　对睡眠障碍患者除给予镇静睡眠药物 ,还要进行针对性的心理疏导

Analysis of SCL-90 Assessments in 54 Outpatients with Sleep Disorder

Objective To investigate the mental health state of sleep-disordered patients in a outpatient setting.Method 54 patients with sleep disorder were assessed with SCL-90 in a outpatient setting.Results In sleep-disordered patients all the factorial scores except that of paranoid were higher than that of normal Chinese.Among all the somatization,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia and psychotic were significantly higher than of normal Chinese.There were no significant difference on factorial scores between male and female except that of interpersonal sensitivity.Conclusions Sleep-disordered patients need mental canalization besides calmative.
