分化型甲状腺癌的诊断

目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌的诊断问题，特别是术前、术中的确诊率，直接影响手术的方式。方法回顾性64例分化型甲状腺癌的临床资料，统计B超、核素扫描、术中冰冻切片检查的阳性率。结果本组64例，乳头状癌49例，滤泡状癌15例，B超扫描51例，发现46例实性结节，4例颈淋巴结肿大。16例行核素扫描，14例发现冷结节，术中冰冻切片检查15例，确诊12例。首次手术确诊者共30例，占46．9％。结论分化型甲状腺癌不易早期诊断，将临床资料结合B超、核素扫描和术中冰冻切片检查结果全面分析，才能提高本病术前、术中的确诊率。
