增殖细胞核抗原和层粘连蛋白对口腔癌前病变的免疫组化研究

目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）和层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）单克隆抗体免疫组化染色在口腔癌前病变的表达及意义。方法 用ＰＣＮＡ和ＬＮ单克隆抗体ＡＢＣ法行免疫组化染色。结果 ＰＣＮＡ免疫组化染色证明，白斑随病变程序加重，ＰＣＮＡ染色强度及分级逐渐增强。扁平苔藓伴异常增生与异常增生性白斑有相似梁色强度，也为癌前病变。结果 ＬＮ能提示异常增生性白斑癌变可能性及恶性肿瘤的侵袭性和恶性程度。ＰＣＮＡ和ＬＮ是诊断

The immunohistochemical study of PCNA and LN in oral precancer lesions

Objective To research the expression and significance of PCNA and LN in oral precancer lesions. Methods The specimens of oral precancer lesions and oral cancer were examined for PCNA and LN reactivity with ABC technique. Results PCNA staining showed that the more serious leukoplakia was, the more dense PCNA expressed. The expression of lichenoid dysplasia was as dense as that of abnormal hyperplastic leukoplakia. Lichenoid dysplasia was the percancer lesion. Conclusion The expression of LN may point out the possibility of abnormal hyperplastic leukoplakia malignization and the invasional and malignant degree of oral cancer. PCNA and LN staining are valuable diagnostic methods for percancer malignization.
