不育男性精浆锌与精子密度、形态及运动性关系探讨

摘    要:目的探讨不育男性精浆锌与精子密度、形态及运动性的关系。方法分析87例男性不育患者精液样本,采用计算机辅助精液分析进行精液参数检测,采用精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法进行精子形态分析,采用分光光度比色法测定精浆锌含量。结果不育男性精浆锌含量与精子密度之间有显著的正相关性(r=0.355,P〈0.05)。与MAD和BCF之间有显著的正相关性(r分别为0.232和0.266,P〈0.05),而与精子活力、精子形态之间差异没有显著性关系(P〉0.05)。密度异常组精浆锌含量显著低于密度正常组和生育组(P〈0.01)。活力异常组精浆锌含量与活力正常组和生育组比较差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。形态异常组精浆锌含量与形态正常组、生育组比较差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论精浆锌含量降低能使精子密度下降,但对精子活力和形态没有显著影响。
