| 摘 要： | 目的 观察经过珠心算训练后的儿童计算时脑功能区激活的特点,研究珠心算训练对儿童心算的影响.方法 对12名经过3年珠心算训练的儿童以及与其年龄、性别等匹配的12名未接受过珠心算训练的儿童在加法计算时进行功能磁共振成像,同时记录其相关的行为学数据.应用SPM2软件对原始数据进行分析处理,对脑功能区进行定位.结果 珠心算组与对照组儿童的运算正确率分别为:(95.00±7.16)%、(74.26±16.07)%,反应时间分别为:(597.91±124.05)ms、(770.07±148.54)ms,其差异具有统计学意义(t=-4.084,P＜0.01;t=3.082,P＜0.01).脑功能成像显示对照组儿童激活的脑区较珠心算组的明显增多,主要位于额顶叶,珠心算组激活脑区较少,且范围较小,主要位于顶叶及枕叶.结论 珠心算练习可能会增强某些脑区对信息的加工能力,可有效提高脑区的利用效率.
