| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部超声检查对于早期发现部分脏器恶性肿瘤的重要性。方法总结18319例体检者腹部超声检查资料，对其中4种恶性肿瘤发病情况进行分析。结果发现肝癌7例；肾癌5例；膀胱癌4例；胰腺癌1例。结论灰阶及彩色多普勒超声对恶性肿瘤的早期发现和诊断有重要的临床应用价值，定期体检对提高肿瘤检出率具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the importance of abdominal ultrasound examination in finding malignant tumors of organs in early stage.Methods The abdominal ultrasound examination results of 18,319 adults were collected to analyze the incidences of four kinds of malignant tumors.Results Seven cases of liver cancer,5 cases of kidney cancer,4 cases of bladder cancer and 1 case of pancreas cancer were found in 18,319 adults.Conclusions Gray-scale ultrasound and CDFI play a key role in the diagnosis of the cancer of liver,kidney,pancreas and bladder.It is important to do physical examination regularly for finding the tumors. |
