同轴微导管在原发性肝癌介入栓塞治疗中的应用

目的探讨同轴微导管在原发性肝癌介入栓塞治疗中的作用。方法对常规栓塞组128例患者常规采用普通导管行超选择栓塞治疗,同轴微导管栓塞组51例患者采用3F同轴微导管行超选择肝段(31例)或者亚肝段(20例)肿瘤供血血管的栓塞治疗。结果同轴微导管栓塞组术后无误栓而致的并发症,肝功能损害轻微,疗效较普通栓塞组有明显提高。结论微导管的使用可提高肝癌介入栓塞的准确率而增强疗效,降低并发症,肝功能损害轻微。

Application of coaxial microcatheter in interventional embolotherapy in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)via a coaxial microcatheter for primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods 128 patients of conventional group adopted ordinary catheter in super selective embolotherapy,while 53 patients of coaxial micrcocatheter group adopted 3F coaxial microcatheter,including liver segmental embolization in 31 cases and liver subsegmental embolization in 20 cases.Results No complication dued to misembolization occurred in coaxial micrcocatheter group,with slight liver functional damage,accompanied with obvious therapeutic effect advantage over the conventional group.Conclusion Using microcatheter can enhance success rate of intubation and therapeutic effect,meanwhile reduce complication,with less liver function damage in the treatment of primary HCC.
