不同口径取卵针在IVF-ET取卵术中的应用研究

目的探讨不同口径取卵针在体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术中的安全性。方法采用随机抽样法分别抽取应用口径为16G、17G、18G、20G取卵针的患者各100例,分别为A组、B组、C组和D组。对比各组取卵持续的时间、经阴道壁穿刺的次数、获卵数、出血量以及患者对穿刺的疼痛评估。结果四组获卵数无显著差异(P>0.05);与A组、B组相比,C组及D组的出血量减少,患者疼痛程度轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D组穿刺次数显著多于其他三组。结论 18G尤其为20G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵过程中,出血量较少,是较安全和患者较容易接受的取卵针。对于多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)等卵泡数量较多的患者,为减少穿刺次数,宜选择18G取卵针。

Study on the application of oocytes aspiration needle of different diameters in IVF-ET egg retrival

Objective To explore the safety of d oocytes aspiration needle of different diameters in IVF-ET egg retrival.Methods Patients performed with IVF-ET egg retrival by using oocytes aspiration of needle different diameter:16 G(Group A),17 G(Group B),18 G(Group C),and 20 G(Group D),were randomly picked out,each of 100 cases.Follicle aspiration consuming time,times of puncturing vaginal wall,number of oocyte collected,blood volume and pain were compared among 4 groups.Results There was no significant difference between 4 groups in number of oocyte collected.Compared with Group A and B,Group C and D had less blood uolume and pain.Puncture number was the highest in Group D.Conclusions Needles used for oocyte collection of 18,especially 20 gauge,reduce pain and blood volume without affecting the number of oocytes collected,their quality,or the clinical pregnancy rate.In order to reduce puncturing times of vaginal wall,it is better to use 18-guage needles for patients with more follicles such as PCOS patients.
