单侧种植微螺钉支抗体矫治上颌前牙中线偏斜的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究单侧植入微螺钉支抗体矫治上颌中线偏斜的临床效果。方法选择16例上颌中线偏斜3~5 mm的正畸患者,植入一颗或两颗微螺钉作为支抗,微螺钉植入部位为非中线偏移侧的第一磨牙近中颊侧(需要强支抗的也可在两侧上颌第一磨牙近中植入);非偏移侧用拉簧或链状橡皮圈牵引尖牙、侧切牙,牵引力约100~150 g;偏移侧放置推簧在侧切牙和尖牙之间。结果 16例患者上颌中线都能调整到与面部中线一致,牙弓对称性明显改善,未出现切牙唇倾和上颌平面偏斜情况。调整时间平均4个月。结论利用单侧微螺钉牵引前牙,能有效地矫治上颌中线偏斜。

Abstract:Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of unilateral micro-screw implant anchorage in maxillary dentition midline deviation.Method 16 patients with maxillary dentition midline deviation of 3-5 mm were implanted with one or two micro-implant anchorage between maxillary second premolar and first molar(patient in need were embedded on both side of maximum anchorage).The non-deviation side were pull by extension spring or power chain,with a corrective force between 100-150 g,while the deviation side were placed with pushing spring between the lateral incisor and cuspid.Results 4 months after treatment,all 16 patient′s maxillary dentition midline was consistent with facial midline,dental arch symmetry obtained a remarkable improvement.No incisors labial inclination or cant occlusal plane was found.Conclusion Unilateral micro-screw implant anchorage can effectively correct maxillary dentition midline deviation.
