高血压脑出血患者手术与非手术治疗探讨

目的：对高血压脑出血发病、病理生理反应以及手术与非手术治疗方法进行讨论，以寻求为临床治疗提供较可行方案．方法：对106例高血压脑出血患者治疗情况进行回顾性研究．结果：高血压脑出血患者血肿量、出血速度、部位、是否伴有并发症等因素是决定预后的关键．结论：高血压脑出血患者的病理生理是全身性改变，治疗以综合治疗为主，手术治疗仅适应较少病人，治疗措施要使脑血流代谢恢复正常，才能降低高血压脑出血患者的致残率、病死率．

Surgical and Non-surgical Treatment for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To discuss the etiology, pathophysiological respondence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the surgical and non-surgical ways to provide available and effective projects for clinic.Methods: The data of 106 patients with hypertensive apoplexy were analyzed retrospectively.The results showed that hematoma volume,bleeding rate,bleeding location,whether with complications were key factors determining prognosis.Conclusion: The pathophysiological respondence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is bodywide and comprehensive treatment is import for it.The surgical treatment only adapt to less patients.Making cerebral blood metabolism normal is necessary, which can lower the disabled rate and death rate from hypertensive apoplexy.
