| 摘 要： | 目的探讨软骨母细胞瘤的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法分析17例经手术病理或穿刺活检证实的软骨母细胞瘤影像学资料，总结其X线平片、CT和MRI表现。结朵肱骨5例，股骨9例，胫骨3例;病灶呈类圆形分叶状骨质破坏区，部分呈膨胀、偏心性生长；病灶内常有钙化，周围可见硬化带，部分骨皮质断裂，少数有软组织肿块、骨膜反应。MR T1WI以低信号为主，T2WI上信号混杂，增强检查呈不均匀或较均匀强化，骨髓水肿、骨膜反应及软组织肿胀均可强化。结论软骨母细胞瘤影像学表现较有特征性，结合X线平片、CT和MRI能做出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | objective To discuss the imaging features of radiography,CT and MRI of chondroblastomas,and to explore its diagnosis value.Methods The X-ray,CT and MRI findings of 17 cases with chondroblastomas proved by pathology were analyzed.Results The lesion was located in humerus(n=5),femur(n=9),tibia(n=3).The chondroblastomas were presented with lobular-and-oval bony destruction in bone with peripheral sclerosis and sclerotic border,interrupted cortex and soft-mass.Periosteal reaction was seen in a few cases.The cho... |
