自体脾组织移植后再生的实验研究

目的 探讨自体脾组织移植后的形态学变化规律，为临床及实验研究提供参考资料。方法 采用100只小鼠进行自体脾组织网膜内移植，于术后不同时相点切取移植脾组织，通过光镜和电镜技术，观察自体移植脾组织的生长特点及规律。结果 自体移植脾组织经过坏死再生过程，于移植术后6月移植脾组织与正常脾组织结构相近。结论 自体脾组织网膜内移植有正常脾组织的基本结构，有发挥脾功能的结构基础，并具有一定的脾功能。

Experimental study on the regeneration of splenic tissue after splenic autotransplantation

Objective To investigate the morphologic change in splenic autotransplantation graft. Methods The mice model of autotransplantation of splenic tissue in the omentum was employed. The specimens of the grafts were removed at the different time point and the histological structure and ultrastructure were observed. Results In the earlier period, the autotransplantation grafts occured necrosis and then the grafts grandually regenerated. Finally, the red pulp, white pulp, marginal zone with more fibrous tissue were observed and similar to the original splenic structures. Conclusion After splenic autotransplantation in greater omentum, the grafts have the basic structure of the original spleen. Thus, they have the structural foundation for the splenic functions.
