序贯病案教学在儿科教学中的应用

摘    要:目的充分发挥病案教学在儿科见习和实习阶段的重要作用,在全面培养医学生掌握医学基本知识,基本技能和行医之道的基础上,加强对医学生获取知识能力,临床创造能力,创新思维和临床综合能力的培养。方法对临床医学专业七年制2001级医学生在儿科见习和实习阶段序贯采用病案教学法,并与传统教学方法进行比较。结果综合比较显示,学生学习成绩及学习积极性明显提高。结论与传统教学方法相比,序贯病案教学更加着重培养学生临床思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。

Abstract:Objective In order to develop the students' clinical thoughts and the ability to apply and improve the students' abilities of actual work. Methods We have taken up the clinical case teaching and compared with the traditional teaching method in the class of 2001. Results It shows that the students are improving their active work and making great progress. Conclusion Clinical case teaching is superior to conventional methods in Paediatrics leaching.
