| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：对25例甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床及影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果：19例甲状腺腺瘤患者中，9例单发、实性，4例囊实性，2例合并桥本氏甲状腺炎，4例伴有不定形钙化；6例甲状腺癌患者中，肿瘤侵及一叶4例，双叶2例。结论：CT对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the CT manifestations of thyroid tumors.Methods:The clinical feature and image data of 25 cases of thyroid tumors were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The lesions included thyroid adenomas(n=19),carcino ma(n=6).Of 19 thyroid adenomas,9 were of solid,4 were of cyst-solid,2 were complicated with Hashimofo's thyroaclenitis,4 were with irregular calcium spot.Among 6 thyroid carcinomas.There were 4 cases was with one lobule invasion and 2 were with two lobules invasion.Conclasion:CT may play an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors. |
