高阴离子隙三重酸碱失衡的判断法及其有关问题的商榷

本文介绍自行设计的一种三重酸碱失衡的判断法。根据对选自文献中AG>16mmol/L的63例各类酸碱失衡用本法验证的结果来看,本法具有较高的可靠性和实用性。此外,本法尚有一定的规律性可循,较为简便、易于掌握,可作为酸碱失衡的常规判断应用。文中就判断方法的几个具体问题提出了商榷。

AN APPROACH TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF HIGH AG TRIPLE ACID-BASE DISTURBANCES AND DISCUSSION OF SOME PROBLEMS RELATED TO IT

An approach to the diagnosis of high Anion Gap (AG) acid-base disturbances designed by the author is reported. To assess the diagnostic reliability of the approach, 63 cases of various types of acid-base disturbances with AG>16mmol/L collected from the published literature were studied. There was a good congruity between the diagnosis made by the original author and that made by this approach. It seems therefore that this approach has a rather high reliability and practicability. It is also relatively easy to apply.The theoretical basis for the approach and the key to the diagnosis of triple acid-base disturbances is discussed.
