| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍(ED)是男性糖尿病患者最常见的并发症之一,并且出现较早.糖尿病的神经损伤在其发生发展中起到至关重要的作用,目前研究表明一氧化氮是阴茎正常勃起最重要的神经介质,并认为是产生和维持勃起的关键神经递质.
