| 摘 要： | 目的 调查情感障碍患者的感知病耻感的情况,探讨其影响因素.方法 采用 Link病耻感系列量表中的"贬低-歧视感知"及"羞耻感"两个分量表,对北京市某三级甲等精神科医院即将康复出院的167例情感障碍患者进行调查.结果 情感障碍患者感知到的公众对其的贬低歧视态度较高,而羞耻感体验并不强烈.多元逐步回归结果提示,年龄、学历、工作状况、婚姻是患者感知病耻感的影响因素.结论 情感障碍患者的感知病耻感处于中等水平,不同年龄、学历患者的病耻感水平不同,提示精神卫生工作者应针对患者的具体情况,进行及时干预. |
