| 摘 要： | 通过总结8例化疗间歇期患者发生PICC导管相关性血流感染的观察和护理体会,发现这些患者PICC导管相关性血流感染的临床表现并不典型,临床上需要及时与感冒、输液反应等进行鉴别.高度重视携带PICC的肿瘤患者每一个感染征兆,正确采集血培养标本,及时采取针对性的治疗和护理措施,熟练掌握不同类型PICC导管的维护技巧,加强输液护理中的无菌操作和环节管理,是预防和治疗PICC导管相关性血流感染的关健.
