浅谈中等医学教育的因材施教

摘    要:因材施教长期以来一直是教育理论和实际工作者研究和讨论的焦点之一,面对目前新形势,因材施教势必成为我们中等医学职业教育提高教学质量的新课题。我们应根据新形势的变化,制定新的教学大纲和教材,而分层教学法则是因材施教思想的精髓,以达到因材施教的目的。

Therapeutics of distal femoral fracture by converse interlocking intramedullary nail combining with CPM
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the the rapeutic effect of the converge interlocking intramedullary nail combining with continuous passive motion (CPM)on patients with distal femoral fracture.Mathods Twenty-four cases of distal femoral fracture were operated with the method of converse interlocking intramedullary nail,and the CPM practice were carried out and observed after the operation.Results Twenty-four cases were followed up for 6-18 months after operation.of which the average period was 11 months.The healing times of the fracture were 3-7 months and knee joints function recovered well.The excellent ratio was above 91.5%.Conclusion Treating distal end femoral fracture by converse interlocking intramedullary nail possesses the advantages of simpleness,safety,a fewer complication and earlier concrescence,and also could carry out CPM practice PAlrtier,which is a satisfactory method of curing distal femoral fracture.
