| Abstract: | We conducted education for the students before clinical practice,taught and also set good examples by our deeds during clinical practice,and made the students and the teachers interact with each other in order to establish and culture the view of "total quality control" in clinical practice for students of laboratory medicine.It has not only promoted teaching of laboratory medicine,but also cultivated the students' abilities to adapt themselves to their future working environment and related abilities. |
