血小板激活因子及其受体拮抗剂对创伤性脊髓水肿的影响

摘    要:采用猫鞘内注射血小板激活因子(PAF)及静脉注射PAF受体拮抗剂BN52021观察其对猫脊髓损伤后脊髓水肿的影响。结果显示,PAF能够增加损伤后脊髓组织含水量及Na+、Ca2+含量;降低K+、Mg2+含量;BN52021而能够降低伤后脊髓组织含水量,维持脊髓组织Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+含量的相对稳定,提示PAF及其受体在创伤性脊髓水肿的病理生理过程中起重要作用,而PAF受体拮抗剂能有效地减轻创伤性水肿。

Abstract:The effect of platelet activating factor(PAF )and its antagonist BN5202l on spinal cord edema fol-lowing spinal cord injury of cats was observed after they were injected intrathecally and intrarvenously on spinalcord edema following spinal cold injury. Results showed that PAF could increase water content,Na+,Ca2+ levelsand decrease K+,Mg2+ levels in spinal cord tissue after tuauma; BN52021 could evidently decrease water contentand sustain the relative stability of Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+levels.It suggested that PAF and PAF receptor playedan important role in the pathophysiological process of traumatic spinal cord edema,PAF antagonist could effec-tively improve traumatic spinal cord edema.
