| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸喹那普利片的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱，甲醇：水：磷酸：二乙胺(160：40：0.13：0.16)为流动相，紫外检测波长为215nm。结果：平均回收率为99．60％，RSD=0．12％符合要求。结论：本方法切实可行。
