大学生预防艾滋病健康教育方法及其效果评价

目的了解大学生对艾滋病的知、信、行情况,探索适合在校大学生的预防艾滋病健康教育措施。方法以问卷方式对广西某学院不同专业236名大学生进行调查,并对不同健康教育方法的干预效果进行比较。结果健康教育后学生的答题正确率和得分均有不同程度的提高;在对待艾滋病的相关态度上,持积极态度比例人数增加;4种干预方法相比较,专题讲座和同伴教育效果较为明显。结论在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育是必要的,收到了明显的效果,采用专题讲座和同伴教育形式可明显提高学生对艾滋病的认知,但对艾滋病相关态度无明显变化。

Various methods of AIDS health education among college students and their effect evaluation

Objective To know about the status of AIDS knowledge,attitude and practices among college students,and explore the AIDS health education measures suitable for undergraduates.Methods Various methods of AIDS health education were carried out among college students in Guangxi Chuang Autonomous Region.Before and after the health education,a questionnaire survey was conducted respectively.The effect of different health education methods was evaluated.Results The correct rate and scores of AIDS knowledge were a significant higher after the health education.The number of holding positive attitude to AIDS patients or infector increased markedly.The effects of special lecture and accompanier education were evidently.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out AIDS health education among college students.The effect of AIDS health education is notably.Although special lecture and accompanier education can improve the AIDS recognition level,they are unable to improve the students' attitude to AIDS patients or infector.
