老年男性尖锐湿疣23例临床研究

目的　探讨老年男性尖锐湿疣 (CA)的传染途径、临床特征及复发率。方法　将 4 5例男性CA患者随机分成 2组 :A组 2 3例 ,年龄≥ 6 0岁 ;B组 2 2例 ,年龄 2 0～ 30岁。所有患者均单独用CO2 激光治疗。结果　A组的复发率为 86 96 % ,B组的复发率为 5 4 5 5 % ,两组复发率差异有非常显著的统计学意义 (χ2 =5 75 ,P <0 0 2 5 )。结论　老年CA患者多合并其它疾病 ,被动就医的多 ,复发率及肛门周围的发病率较高 ,间接传染的比例较大 ,应给予更多的关爱。

Clinical study on senile male Condyloma Acuminata

Objective To probe the route of infection?clinical features and recurrence rate of senile male condyloma acuminatum(CA) Methods A total of 45 male cases with CA were divided into two groups(group A:23 male cases over 60 years of age with CA;group B:22 male cases of 20-30 years of age with CA).All the cases were treated with CO 2 laser only.Results Recurrence rate of the group A was 86.96%,while the group B was 54.55%.The difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.025).Conclusion Old men with condyloma acuminatum who are often complicated with other diseases are passive in seeking medical care,and most of them had indirect infections.The recurrence rate and morbidity of anal CA in this group are relatively high,and so they should be given more social support and family care.
