慢性粒细胞白血病患者血脂变化的初步研究

摘    要:目的:了解慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者的血脂变化规律。方法:收集中山医科大一院1997年9月-2000年6月的初治CML病例,共127例。检测TC、TG、HDL、LDL、apoA1、apoB和apoA1/apoB。结果:CML加速期和急变期患者的TC、TG、HDL、LDL、apoA1、apoB较正常或CML慢性期患者明显降低(P<0.05),TG和apoA1/apoB则明显升高(P<0.05),若经治疗达到完全缓解(CR)则各指标恢复正常水平(P>0.05)。加速期和急变期之间、慢性期与正常对照之间各指标无明显区别(P>0.05),急性变中急淋变与急粒变无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测血脂有可能成为慢性粒细胞白血病患者病情监测、追踪随访,特别是加速期和急变期患者疗效判断的一项有重要意义的敏感指标。

Abstract:Objective:In order to know the alternation of plasma lipids in chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML).Methods:127 CML patients were collected,and then their TC TG HDL LDL apoA 1 apoB and apoA 1/apoB were detected.Rusults:The concentration TC?HDL?LDL?apoA 1 and apoB of CML patients who are in the accelerated or acute transformation phage are lower than that of normal persons or CML patients achieving complete remission(CR) after treatment; and the alternation can not be found in CML patients who are in chronic phage.There is on difference between the patients who are in accelerated phage and in acute transformation phage.There is no difference between the lymphocyte acute transformation and granulocyte acute transformation,either.Conclusion:Observing the alternation of plasma lipids should help clinicians to judge the state of the chronic granulocytic leukemia,especially to judge the therapeutic effectiveness of the CML patients who are in the accelerated or acute transformation phage.
