| 摘 要： | 目的建立补脾益肠胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法Hedera ODS C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇：水（58：42），检测波长为245nm。结果补骨脂素的线性范围为0．020-0．30μg，r=0．9998（11=7），平均加样回收率为100．61％，RSD为1．86％（n=5）；异补骨脂素的线性范围为0．038—0．266μg，r=0．9999（n=7），平均加样回收率为100．76％，RSD为1．60％（n=5）。结论该方法简便，准确，重现性好，可以应用于补脾益肠胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Bupi Yichang capsules. Methods The hedera ODS C18 （250 nun ×4. 6 ram,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（58 ： 42 ）. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. Results The linear range of psoralen was 0. 020 - 0. 30 μg, r = 0. 999 8, the average recovery was 100. 61% with RSD of 1.86%. The linear range of isopsoralen was 0. 038 -0. 266 μg,r =0. 999 9,the average recovery was 100. 76% with RSD of 1. 60%. Conclusion It is a simple and accurate method for the quality control of Bupi Yichang capsules. |
