老年口腔黏膜病变916例临床病理分析

目的　探讨老年人口腔黏膜病变的特点及规律 ,为老年人口腔疾病的防治提供依据。方法　对 5 662例老年人口腔分泌物进行检查和幽门螺杆菌检测 ,并对其中 2 44例进行了口腔黏膜活检。结果　老年人口腔黏膜病变的发病率为 16 17%;其中念珠菌口腔炎及口腔黏膜白斑最多 ,二者占病变人数的 63 98%,非典型增生和口腔癌分别占病变人数的 0 3 3 %和 0 2 2 %。结论　老年口腔黏膜病变在老年人群中发病率高 ,病变种类多 ,病理变化复杂多样。因此 ,加强对黏膜白色病变及非典型增生类病变的随诊 ,对预防肿瘤的发生有积极的意义

Clinical and Pathobiological Study of 916 Senior Casese with Oral Mucosa Disease

Objective To explore and probe into the features and vegularities of oral mucosa diseses,and accordingly to provid the old man with a reasonable prevention and care measure for oral disease.Methods The oral mucosa secrita and Helicobacter pylori of 5 662 cases were examined.224 cases were taked mucosa biopsy.Results The rate of oral mucosa disease in old man is 16.17%.Among the cases the candida oral inflamation and mucosa albicans disease were almost 63.98%.The alypical hyperplasia and oral cancer were 0.33% and 0.22%.Conclusion The attack rate of oral mucosa disease is higher for old man.The disease may be tranfomed into various types and the changes of pathology are much more complex.So it is a must and meaningful for clinical tratment of preventing tumor that the patient should realize the great important of self prevent and self health care.Simutaneously,we should follow the patient with mucosa albicans disease or atyical hyperplasia.
