| 摘 要： | 目的 建立用高效液相色谱法来测定桂林西瓜霜喷雾剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为 Inertsil- ODS- 3(5μm,4 .6 mm× 2 5 mm ) ,流动相 :甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 .0 5 mol/L磷酸二氢钠 (2 0∶ 30∶ 5 0 ) ,检测波长为 345 nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱在 0 .0 4 0～ 0 .4 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,平均加样回收率为 98.4 9 ,RSD=0 .6 2 (n=5 )。结论 方法简便、准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为桂林西瓜霜喷雾剂的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develope a method for the determination of berberine in Guilinxiguashuang Spray. Methods The determination was measured by HPLC using Inertsil ODS-3 (5 μm 4.6×25 mm) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-CH 3CN-0.05 mol/L NaH 2PO 4(20∶30∶50) and UV detection wavelength was 345 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 0.041～0.40 μg for berberine. r=0.999 9.The average recovery of standard addition was 98.49%,RSD=0.62%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple, acrrate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of Guilinxiguashuang Spray. |
