城市生物质废物水热预处理技术工艺研究

摘    要:针对城市生物质废物易降解有机物含量高、含水率高的特点,开展水热预处理技术工艺研究,结果表明。水热温度175℃、水热时间60min为最佳的工艺条件,此时VSS水解率达到57.89%,SCOD浓度增加到128.80g/L,黏度降低为5400Pa·s上清液的产甲烷量是原始物料的1.7倍,厌氧消化性能得到了提高。

Abstract:Aiming at high contents of easily degradable organic matters and water of municipal biomass waste, study on hydrothermal pretreatment technology was carried out. The results indicated that 175 ℃ and 60 minutes were the best condition. Under this condition, hydrolysis rate of VSS reached 57. 89%, SCOD concentration reached 128. 80 g/L, kinetic viscosity reduced to 5 400 Pa's, and methane production of supernatant liquid was 1. 7 times of that of original materials. Anaerobic digestion performance has been well elevated.
