胃癌中P27和PTEN的表达及其与病理特征的关系

目的探讨P27和PTEN在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学（SP方法）检测P27和PTEN在54例胃癌组织、20例正常胃组织中的表达。结果胃癌组织中P27和PTEN基因的阳性表达均较正常胃组织降低（P〈0.05）;P27表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关（P〈0.05）,与分化程度、性别、年龄无关;PTEN的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度密切相关（P〈0.05）,与性别、年龄无关;胃癌组织中P27和PTEN基因的表达呈正相关。结论P27和PTEN基因的表达可能与胃癌的发生、转移有关;P27和PTEN基因表达的检测可作为判断胃癌预后的重要指标。

Ralationships between expressions of P27 and PTEN in gastric carcinoma and pathological characteristics

Objective:To study the expression of P27 and PTEN in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of the disease.Methods:The expression of P27 and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 20 specimens of normal gastric mucous and 54 of gastric carcinoma.Rusults :The positive expression of P27 and PTEN between gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucous was significantly different(P<0.05);The positive expression of P27 and PTEN in gastric carcinoma was much lower than that in normal gastric mucous;The positive expression of P27 was related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,but it was not related with cellular differentiation,sex and age;The positive expression of PTEN was related with lymph metastasis,TNM stage and cellular differentiation,but it was not related with sex and age;There was a positive correlation between the P27 expression and PTEN expression.Conclusion :The expression of P27 and PTEN were related with the occurrence and metastasis of gastric carcinoma;The detection of P27 and PTEN expression may be used as important indexes to judge pronosis of gastric carcinoma.
