| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利用细胞穿透人工基质膜能力的差异筛选不同转移潜能乳腺癌细胞的可行性，并分析二者生物学特性差异。方法人乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-435s经过连续人工基质膜侵袭试验后获得高、低转移潜能细胞株，并应用细胞生长曲线测定、侵袭力、黏附率实验，促血管形成实验分析所筛选出的不同转移潜能乳腺癌细胞的生物学性质的差异。结果获得2株转移潜能不同的乳腺癌细胞株，它们具有差异明显的体外生长速度、侵袭力、黏附力和促血管形成能力。结论利用细胞穿透人工基底膜能力的差异能够筛选出高、低转移潜能的乳腺癌细胞。 |
