摘    要:雌激素对神经细胞具有促进再生作用,其作用机制被认为主要与雌激素受体有关。染料木素(Gen)的结构及药理作用与雌激素类似而誉为"植物雌激素",在体内主要与雌激素受体结合发挥生物学效应,透过血脑屏障从而对海马齿状回神经再生具有促进作用。但Gen对神经细胞再生方面的研究国内、外报道很少且机制尚不清楚,本文在复习现有文献的基础上,结合雌激素对神经细胞再生的研究进展,阐述了Gen对海马齿状回神经再生可能具有的促进作用和广阔的开发前景。

Prospect and Effects of Genistein on Neural Regeneration in the Dentate Gyrus
Abstract:It is known that 17 beta-estradiol has promotion on neural regeneration invariably and the mechanism is combined with estrogen receptor. Geinstein has the name of phytoestrogen because it has the similar molecular structure and pharmacological action as 17beta-estradiol. Genistein plays a role in biological effect with the mechanism which combined with estrogen receptor. It has base of genistein could promote the dentate gyrus neural regeneration invariably that genistein can permeation blood brain barrier. At present the report on neural regeneration is very few and the mechanism has not clear completely yet. This text intented to explain wide exploitation Prospect and possible effect of genistein on neural regeneration in dentate gyrus by reviewing documents and the investigation of 17 beta-estradiol on neural regeneration.
