摘    要:目的了解医学院校大学新生关于艾滋病知识、态度和行为状况,探索适合在校大学生预防艾滋病健康教育模式。方法对河北省某医科大学入学新生通过多媒体教学与课堂讨论方式进行艾滋病知识专题讲座,干预前后对学生进行整群随机抽样并以匿名问卷调查。结果干预前后分别调查新生836人和739人。干预后,学生对大部分知识的正确回答率均有明显提高(P〈0.05)。干预后,92.0%的学生认为不应该强制隔离管理艾滋病病人和限制病人家属活动,51.3%的学生愿意与艾滋病人或感染者一起工作学习和生活,23.1%的学生对病人表示同情,并有70.64%的学生愿意给予艾滋病人以帮助,较干预前均有明显提高。多因素Logistics分析结果显示,男生(OR=3.781)、对婚关性行为持反对态度(OR=2.445)、性倾向为异性(OR=1.716)、生源地为省会/直辖市(OR=2.236)和中小城市的学生(OR=2.029)艾滋病知晓率较高。结论大学新生专题讲座前对艾滋病基本知识有一定了解,但较片面,通过多媒体教学与课堂讨论方式进行专题讲座,使新生艾滋病知识系统化,效果明显。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of freshmen of a medical university,and to explore the suitable AIDS health education measures in university.Methods Thematic lectures of AIDS knowledge through multi-media and class were implemented to the freshmen of a medical university,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to 836 freshmen before the lectures and 739 freshmen after the lectures both selected by random cluster sampling.Results The correct answer rates of most AIDS knowledge points after the lectures were higher than those before the lectures(P0.05).After the lectures,92.0% of the participants thought that AIDS patients should not be segregated by force and that their family menbers should not be constrained to take activities.51.3% of the freshmen were willing to work or study with AIDS patients.The rates of the participants who took pitiness with AIDS patients and liked to help them were 23.1% and 70.64%,respectively,both higher than those before the lectures.The odds ratios of male and the students opposing premarrital sexual behavior,with heterosexual trend,and coming from provincial capitals/municipal cities and middle-and-small cities were 3.781,2.445,1.716,2.236,and 2.029,respectively,and their AIDS awareness rates were higher relatively.Conclusion The university freshmen did not know AIDS knowledge comprehensively before lectures.Thematic lectures through multimedia and class could make the freshmen systemize the AIDS knowledge deeply and obviously.
