徐州铁路服务行业从业人员乙肝认知状况调查

目的了解徐州铁路服务行业从业人员乙型肝炎相关知识认知状况。方法采用问卷调查方法,对2007年5月至2008年5月徐州铁路服务行业健康查体检出的全部乙肝病毒携带者216名（观察组）和体检未查出携带乙肝病毒人员216人（对照组）,开展乙型肝炎相关知识调查。结果调查对象乙肝知识知晓率为56.45%,观察组为44.23%,对照组为63.56%;对照组的乙肝知识知晓率高于观察组（P〈0.01）。男性乙肝知识知晓率为47.18%,女性为56.70%,女性高于男性（P〈0.01）;30~39岁年龄组乙肝知识知晓率最高,为61.38%,〈30岁年龄组乙肝知识知晓率最低,为45.68%。观察组对＂性生活可传播乙肝＂和＂乙肝病毒携带者治疗目的是抑制病毒的复制＂的知晓率分别为48.76%和59.86%,低于对照组的50.06%和86.81%（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论乙肝病毒携带者、男性、低年龄组人群、受教育程度低者乙型肝炎相关知识知晓率低,应作为健康教育的重点人群。

Investigation on the knowledge about hepatitis B among service staff in Xuzhou railway area

Objective To understand the status of the knowledge about hepatitis B among service staff in Xuzhou railway area.Methods 216 Hepatitis B virus（HBV） carriers and 216 normal service persons taking physical examination from May 2007 to May 2008 in Xuzhou railway area were conducted a survey with a self-designed questionnaire about hepatitis B knowledge.Results The awareness rate of the participants about HBV-related knowledge was 56.45%,and the awareness rate of observation group was 44.23%,lower than that of control group（63.56%,P0.01）.The awareness rate of male was 47.18%,lower than that of female（56.70%,P0.01）.The awareness rate of the participants aged 30-39 years old was highest（47.18%）,and that of the participants below 30 years old was lowest（45.68%）.The rates of the HBV carriers knowing that sex behavior could transmit HBV and that the purpose of HBV treatment was to restrain the reproduction of HBV were 48.76% and 59.86% respectively,both lower than those of the control group which were 50.06% and 86.81% respectively（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The practitioners of male and with HBV,low age and low education level lack HBV knowledge,and health education should be strengthened to them.
